If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 02 (Two) days of the order confirmation.

FEE

A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. 

RETURNING AN ITEM

TIME FRAME

You can return an Item within 02 (Two) days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 02 (Two) days from the date of delivery.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service.

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

CLEANING TECHNIQUE

Wipe off the dirt from the furniture with a soft cotton cloth. Also avoid using excess water for cleaning, take moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt.

AVOID CHEMICALS

Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and further the durability.

Our furniture products comes with a 18 months warranty against manufacturing, inherent termites and borer issues.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use

• Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents

• Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer

• Cracks developed due to displacement of the product

• Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight

• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water

• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty

• Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals

Note: As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.
